Junior farmer experience

For Birthdays and special occasions, we offer the opportunity to be a farmer for a day.

It's a great chance to see how a farm works, you may be asked to groom a pony, collect the eggs or even muck out the pigs! Along with the daily jobs you can assist with the daily activities for visitors, which include the animal handling sessions.

The experience lasts 3 hours, usually starting at 2pm and finishing at 5pm. You will receive a certificate and a goody bag. The minimum age is 7. The cost is £50 for one child (or £80 for two). Please telephone 01264 324 141 to book with card details.

Junior farmers must wear suitable outdoor clothes, rain wear for wet days, sun hats and sun cream in hot weather. You are welcome to bring a camera with you, we will be happy to photograph you throughout the day.
