We can take work experience students from March until the end of October each year, usually for a one or two week placement.

We ask for students who are wishing to pursue a career in the animal care field of work. They will be asked to help look after a variety of animals and help with the daily activities. We have full employer's liability insurance.

Vacancies

We generally take on seasonal staff in February / March. They are then with us until the close of season, there are many who have come back season after season.

The tearoom and the gift shop take up most of the staff. Anyone applying must be prepared to work a weekend day.
