This cluster of hibernating ladybirds was discovered in an old parasol. Did you know that a group of ladybirds is called a loveliness?

October 2016

Our hibernation tower / bug hotel is complete! It is suitable for reptiles and amphibians on the ground level, small rodents through the lower levels and even small birds. There are lots of nooks and crannies for all types of bugs throughout.

September 2016

Farmer Sam starts building the bird hide that overlooks the pond and bird feeding stations.

August 2016

Farmer Arron fills our new Pond in Wildlife Corner. We hope that in the future the pond attracts a lot of wildlife; including dragonflies and amphibians.
